DAO PROPOSAL #1 - Communication Clarity and Consistency

DAO members assemble! 📣🚀

Since day 1 we have been encouraged to flex our DAO and governance control muscles. This is the first formal DAO proposal for the X7 Finance Protocol 🏆

The creator of this proposal is a verified DAO holder of more than 500,000 DAO through Discord verification.

Due to time, money, and effort allocations by the community multisig, it is paramount to have all parties of the X7 ecosystem engaging in clear and frequent communication. While there have been instances of community members requesting more info/messages from our developers in the main community Telegram, there are also instances of members that are against it. Likewise, there have been requests for the Community Multisig to actively report on its endeavors, expenditures, and plans.

This DAO Proposal proposes that: 1.) the X7 developers provide an update to the community once per week, beginning today on April 20th, 2023. The update should be communicated onchain to preserve censorship-resistance and decentralization. It is up to the developers' discretion how robust each update should be - some may be large, while others are just a few sentences.

2.) The Community Multisig should report all expenses and material activities that have occurred in the previous 7 days. These weekly updates should begin today April 20th, 2023.

If these updates becomes too onerous, or useless, a subsequent DAO proposal can be created to either change their durations or remove them entirely.

This proposal represents the next phase in our evolution as a community, from individuals with clashing opinions to a DAO functioning in unison, lockstep, and toward a shared vision.
