XIP #3 - Postpone staking snapshot

The proposal

• Postpone the snapshot date for frictionless staking from the 17th of September to the 28th of September.

The rationale behind the proposal

• Many holders did not know what frictionless staking meant and did not keep their Prometheus NFTs in cold storage, leaving the NFT at risk.

Implication

• Reset all frictionless staking rewards accumulated from the initial staking snapshot up until now.
• Leave ample time for everyone to move their Prometheus around.

CAVEAT

Please note that the core team members are officially working on a solution to bind multiple wallets, which will also allow Prometheus holders to move their NFTs around. This hasn't been considered a priority and thus won't be released soon.
