XIP #29: $PROPR Token Launch

Summary:

This proposal seeks community approval to launch $PROPR, a dedicated token for Propr, XBorg's onchain prop trading firm built on Hyperliquid.

Key terms:

• 13% of $PROPR supply (130M tokens) airdropped to XBG stakers, fully unlocked at TGE (August 24, 2026)
• Seed round: $1.5M at $17.5M FDV against 8.5% of supply
• Community allocation: 45.5%
• The current pledge/earn season will wrap up this week (1 month of rewards paid out). Hard staking replaces pledging on Monday, February 23rd, if the vote is approved
• Staking lock multipliers: 3 months (1x), 6 months (1.75x), 12 months (3x)

Voting

• If the vote is approved, the Propr campaign will kick off on Monday.
• If the vote is rejected, the proposal will be revised.
