Mars colony strategy and direction (Harmony angle)

Background: MarsColony has always been dedicated to innovating and growing, no matter the challenges. Our journey has seen ups and downs, from trusting Harmony Bridge that led to a treasury setback, to leadership changes, and revamping our tech approach.

Current Landscape & Opportunity: The trend is towards 'App chains', leveraging Ethereum’s capabilities for enhanced security and reduced fees. While we initially concentrated on Harmony, its stagnation prompted us to contemplate migrating to a more progressive network. Given our stature as a top-tier Harmony project, we intend to reintegrate the Harmony community, thus fortifying our base.

Looking Forward: Considering our challenges and financial state, we've envisioned three primary strategies:

Strategy #1 : Pivot to Layer 2 Network: Halting game development to establish our own Layer 2 Ethereum network. MarsColony stakeholders would own a part of this L2 network, with an airdrop portion dedicated to them.

Strategy #2 Continue with Marscolony: Pivot from Game-Fi to prioritize Game and NFT values. Explore varied game engines and primary game focuses, considering available resources and scope.

Strategy #3 (combination of strategy #1 and #2) Pivot to Layer 2 with MarsColony as core product: Instead of just shifting to L2, MarsColony becomes a core Dapp. The core team oversees L2 governance, but the community gets complete control over MarsColony.
