Move from Harmony to Avalanche

It is clear that every major project with its head above water is leaving Harmony for greener pastures. Avalanche and Polygon are the two most popular and best options. Since we are already on Polygon, it is time we take MarsColony off Harmony and move to Avalanche. We will maintain the cross-chain ethos and repair the investment potential for the project.
