Add 01node as an xDAI validator

Expanding the validator set with professional validators is a core requirement for the future of decentralisation and robustness of xDAI network (as it is for any other PoS based network in the space).

That's why we, Syncnode Validator are proposing 01node for an ecosystem fund delegation to join as a new validator in the xDAI validator’s set as we think this will bring a lot of value for the xDAI chain and increased confidence for the community and token holders.
