proposal for xdai rebrand

After feedback from the last snapshot on rebranding (https://snapshot.org/#/xdaistake.eth/proposal/QmcLWUoDzQeFtA7Emzjdt8ReaZHKza7T3sKKWrw3hK2emC) we at Raid Guild made a proposal for a full rebrand of xdai. Would last 40-50 days and include a brand sprint to get things aligned, brand system creation with visual id and iconography, and landing site creation, to better direct xdaichain.com visitors to their main interests. Total funding request for these 3 initiatives is 1050 STAKE.

STAKEhaus is involved and interested in the process as well, so we propose that 50% of the funding come from them, and 50% come from the ecosystem fund for xdai.
