NEW: Lower the platform fee on X Marketplace

As the previous proposal was 100% "FOR" vote - but just shy of quorum, reposting the proposal to reduce the platform fee on X Marketplace:

The current platform fee for X Marketplace is 2.5%. While this is the same as OpenSea, this is no longer competitive within the broader NFT marketplace industry:

a) LooksRare: 2.0% b) X2Y2: April = 0% ; May Onwards = TBA c) Universe.xyz = 2.0%

Additional innovation is required to improve tokenomics, however the first step with incentivising organic use of X Marketplace is to ensure we are competitive or cheaper than non-OpenSea NFT marketplaces.

Reducing the fee to 1.69% will make X Marketplace one of the most competitive NFT marketplaces within the industry.

A vote "FOR" will result in changing the X Marketplace platform fee to 1.69%

A vote "AGAINST" will maintain the current 2.5% platform fee for X Marketplace.
