Vote to dissolve OpenDAO partnership

Action:

Vote to dissolve partnership with OpenDAO now that they will be building a competing NFT marketplace

• A vote “For” dissolves the partnership with the last full weekly veX distribution being the most recent on 16 March 2022.

• A vote “Against” will maintain the partnership as it currently exists

Background:

On 17 March 2022, OpenDAO passed a proposal to create their own NFT marketplace with zero fees.

This will compete directly against X Marketplace and passed with over 99% of participants voting favorably.
