Focus X Marketplace on Ethereum NFTs only

X Marketplace was built to support NFTs across multiple EVM compatible chains. However, to date the industry has placed a premium on Ethereum NFTs and since inception virtually all economic activity on X Marketplace has been conduced with Ethereum NFTs.

Supporting chains without activity means X Marketplace resources are not fully optimized.

This proposal is for X Marketplace to remove support for non-Ethereum chains on X Marketplace.

A vote "FOR" will result in turning off non-Ethereum chain support from X Marketplace.

A vote "AGAINST" will maintain the current multi-chain strategy and retain non-Ethereum chain support on X Marketplace.
