Should we deploy the $FLASH token contract + Uniswap liquidity pool on December 22nd?

The original plan was to deploy the $FLASH token contract + Uniswap liquidity pool on New Years. However, this proposal would move the deployment up to December 22nd.

BENEFITS:

We are set to begin a marketing push within the defi community. This proposal would allow anyone to begin to accumulate $FLASH before New Years launch.

(Important to note, $FLASH will still not be claimable until launch day. This means even if we deploy the contract early, no tokens will be able to be sold as nobody will own them until New Years)

This proposal would also be one less thing the dev team needs to put energy in near New Years and give us 100% focus on other areas of the launch.
