[Proposal] Use Flash foundation funds to create new liquidity pools on the Flashstake dApp

Adding new liquidity pools to the dApp is gas intensive and currently costs ~$600 per pool. I propose we use Flash foundation funds to create 3 new pools: the most popular tokens from the recent snapshot vote (WBTC, UMA, AAVE).
