How long of a grace period should be allowed for purchases made after the snapshot announcement?

We are currently exploring the option to allow FLASH purchased within a defined grace period to be migratable.

However, instead of using the total amount of FLASH purchased, we would use the total amount of ETH spent when acquiring FLASH to ensure those who purchased FLASH whilst the price was going down are not rewarded (nor penalized). This method would involve pricing FLASH at a constant ETH value.

The ratio when liquidity was removed was 0.000681438961 ETH to 1 FLASH (1467.48 FLASH/ETH).

Please note for the counting of votes:

• If Option 1 gets 50% of the vote, Option 1 wins.
• If Options 1+2 combine for 50% or more of the vote, Option 2 wins.
• If Options 1+2+3 combine for 50% or more of the vote, Option 3 wins.
