Should we use 50,000 $FLASH for 30 days of Liquidity Mining rewards for XIO, ETH, & DAI pools in Flash Dapp starting March 1st?

Per the recent #XIOFeedback post at https://forum.blockzerolabs.io/t/50-000-flash-liquidity-mining-proposal-xiofeedback/1102/ , should we use 50,000 $FLASH Tokens from the Foundation wallet to incentivize and reward liquidity providers at app.flashstake.io Flash Dapp pools based on total FLASH they have, taking daily snapshots. This would last from March 1st-March 30th.
