Obtaining treasury funds

As the multi-sig vote has just passed we move on to the follow up proposal. Once the nominees are selected and the multi-sig is set up, we need to have some ways to get funds into the treasury. We can do this either both ways or just one. The options as brought up in the general chat before would be:

1. Donations into the treasury (By anyone that feels generous enough to do so.)
2. We charge a small royalty fee on all future projects. A royalty is a fee that would get taken out of the final sale price on top of the 2.5% OS fee and get sent to the creator, which in this case would be set up to go into the treasury. (If the community feels indifferent about charging a royalty on a specific project there can always be a vote to void the fee for that specific project.)

If passed we can have another vote on what the royalty fee would be. Please vote below on whether you would want both options set up for the treasury, just donations (no royalty fee), just the royalty (no donations), or neither (which would result in going back to the drawing board on other ways to get funds.
