XMQ-01: Robotics Deal Sourcing Prioritization
Summary
DAO members are invited to vote on which robotics companies should be prioritized for capital allocation from the upcoming Genesis Auction. The top three companies selected through this vote will guide the Execution Engine’s efforts to source deals on behalf of the DAO.
Voting Method
This is a weighted vote. You can allocate your voting power across any number of candidates. Assign 100% to a single company, or divide it among several.
In the fields to the right of each company, enter the percentage (%) of your total voting power you wish to assign. Total must equal 100%.
Execution Process
The Execution Engine will initiate deal sourcing with the top-ranked companies. If sourcing is not feasible due to access limitations, legal constraints, or jurisdictional issues, the next company in the ranking will be considered.
Note: Companies based in certain jurisdictions, such as China, may involve higher regulatory or operational friction.
What Happens to Non-Selected Companies?
Companies not selected in this round are not excluded from future consideration. A new prioritization vote will be held ahead of Genesis Auction Wave 3.

Scoring Committee Picks
The Scoring Committee independently evaluated each company based on commercial readiness, technical differentiation, team strength, strategic alignment, and capital efficiency.
Based on their rankings, the top three companies were Figure AI, Apptronik, and 1X Technologies:
Scoring Committee Commentary Recap
Figure AI — 8 votes The highest-rated company overall. Committee members emphasized its speed of execution, funding scale, and leadership in technical demonstrations. Despite concerns from some about transparency and valuation, Figure was consistently recognized for its momentum and potential category dominance. Its long-form task execution videos and high-profile backers solidified its top-tier status.
Apptronik — 5 votes Respected for its modular Apollo platform, industrial partnerships (Google DeepMind, Mercedes-Benz, Jabil), and deep team experience. Although the DAO already holds exposure, committee sentiment remained strongly favorable due to its execution and commercial readiness.
1X Technologies — 5 votes Highlighted for its OpenAI partnership, AI integration, and focus on home robotics. Members appreciated its teleoperation capabilities and NVIDIA collaboration. Viewed as a strong strategic play with growing traction in consumer robotics.
Unitree Robotics — 4 votes Acknowledged for affordability, speed of iteration, and volume production. While some members flagged geopolitical and security concerns, others viewed it as a credible player with impressive engineering and real-world deployments.
Neura Robotics — 3 votes Praised for product maturity, real deployments, and its Neuraverse ecosystem. The NVIDIA partnership and emphasis on human-robot interaction were seen as differentiators, though concerns were raised about valuation clarity and geographic concentration.
Agility Robotics — 2 votes Valued for its Amazon warehouse deployments and focus on logistics. Considered commercially ready, though seen by some as less differentiated compared to other high-momentum candidates.
Sanctuary AI — 0 votes Did not receive any votes. Committee members cited leadership instability, unclear roadmap, and concerns over reliance on hydraulics as reasons for excluding Sanctuary from their top picks.
