OLIP-7 Voting for Arbitrum Deployment

Proposal

Deploy OpenLeverage on Arbitrum. OpenLeverage is a multichain permissionless margin trading protocol that should be deployed on a leading Ethereum L2.

Rationale

OpenLeverage will enable users to generate more yields and capture the hype with margin trading on any token pair. The upcoming overcollateralized borrowing feature will enable Arbitrum community members to use small-capped tokens as collateral and borrow against major assets.

Arbitrum is the leading Ethereum Rollup, with currently over $1.36B in TVL, and is optimal for DeFi adoption but lacks a truly permissionless lending and margin trading protocol. Deploying OpenLeverage on Arbitrum would fill this void and mutually benefit both communities.
