OLIP-10 Proposal to Change Pair for $OLE LP on BNB chain

With the recent depegging of the USDC stablecoin due to bank failures, the concern is fully understood by the community that we have OLE LP staked in OLE/BUSD on Arbitrum. In response to these issues, the following options are proposed to eliminate any potential risk:

1/ Remain with BUSD (No change) 2/ Change to USDT 3/ Change to USDC 4/ Change to BNB

Reminder: During the implementation period, community members and users can trade on OLE/USDC pair as usual but must close their position before implementation.
