关于药水与NFT的决议 / Resolution on potions and NFTs

综合过去几个小时XRC社群中的讨论和意见，我们希望Holder和团队先就“现在是否应该通过药水合成新NFT”达成共识。

以下是两个选项的具体含义及说明：

A：现在不做 —— 停止药水计划，团队一切工作继续围绕XRC展开。包括更多活动、空投、抽奖、白名单合作等赋能，全力建设社群和共识。 B：现在做 —— 如公告所说，推进药水计划并合成新的 NFT，所有XRC holder拿到同等数量的新NFT，扩大社区holder规模。至于“如何做”（包括稀缺性的处理）不能在这里展开，需要后续新的方案。

这是一个正式的投票。投票结果将直接决定团队接下来一段时间的工作走向。

Based on the discussions and opinions in the XRC community over the past few hours, we would like Holder and the team to first reach a consensus on "whether we should synthesize the new NFT via potion now".

Here are the two options and what they mean.

A: Not Now — Stop the potion program, the team continues to work around the XRC. Including more activities, airdrops, lotteries, whitelist cooperation and other empowerment, and all efforts to build community and consensus. B: Do it now — As stated in the announcement, promote the potion program and synthesize new NFTs, all XRC holders will get the same number of new NFTs, and expand the scale of the community holder. The "how" (including rarity handling) cannot be developed here, and will require a new proposal to follow.

This is a formal vote. The result of the vote will directly determine the direction of the team's work for the next period.
