Summary

This proposal seeks to migrate liquidity to the Spirit Boosted lending pools.

Abstract

If adopted, this proposal sets out a strategy for gradually migrating liquidity and farming rewards from the regular Spirit lending pools to Spirit Boosted lending pools. This migration strategy will occur in multiple stages, increasing the supplied tokens and borrowing activity in these new boosted pools.

Motivation

SpiritSwap has nearly completed their full migration to boosted farms. Existing non-boosted farms will no longer receive SPIRIT rewards, as emissions of SPIRIT rewards are directed to boosted farms based on the inSPIRIT voting weight they receive. Therefore, liquidity and farming rewards on Tarot should ultimately be migrated to the new Spirit Boosted lending pools to continue to earn SPIRIT rewards.

Specification

The changes we propose are:

1. Migrate the protocol-held supply positions (bTAROT) from regular Spirit lending pools to Spirit Boosted lending pools to increase supplied tokens in these pools
2. Add Spirit Boosted pools to the Farming Rewards program
