Summary

In collaboration with SpookySwap, this proposal seeks to launch farming for FTM-TAROT and USDC-TAROT, as well as an xStaking xBOO pool on Tarot, for a duration of 60 days.

Protocol-held USDC and TAROT will be added as liquidity for the USDC-TAROT pair on SpookySwap.

Abstract

If adopted, this proposal authorizes an exchange of xTAROT from the protocol's treasury for xBO0 and the allocation of BOO rewards to the FTM-TAROT and USDC-TAROT pairs on SpookySwap.

Details

The Farms (SpookySwap)

SpookySwap will provide farms for FTM-TAROT and USDC-TAROT LP, with 1x and .5x BOO reward allocations respectively.

The xStaking Pool (Tarot)

SpookySwap will provide 4,104 xBOO (equivalent to ~8,000 BOO) for a new xStaking xBOO pool on Tarot ("Stake xTAROT to earn xBOO").

The xBOO Pool (SpookySwap)

Tarot will provide 762,080 xTAROT (equivalent to ~900,000 TAROT) for a partnered staking pool on SpookySwap ("Stake xBOO to earn xTAROT").

Protocol-Owned Liquidity

Additionally, Tarot may add up to 200,000 USDC, along with a commensurate and proportional amount of TAROT, to the USDC-TAROT pair on SpookySwap as protocol-owned liquidity.

Motivation

This partnership has many benefits:

• Incentivizes more TAROT-paired liquidity on SpookySwap
• Increases the vault rewards for TAROT-based lending pools
• Rewards xTAROT stakeholders with a new xStaking pool option
• Expands distribution of xTAROT and governance over the Tarot Protocol
• Enhances the friendship between the SpookySwap and Tarot communities

Specification

The changes we propose authorize the protocol to:

• Stake TAROT from the protocol's treasury into 762,080 xTAROT (~900,000 TAROT)
• Allocate 762,080 xTAROT to partner with SpookySwap
• Add up to 200,000 USDC from the protocol's treasury, along with a commensurate and proportional amount of TAROT, to protocol-owned liquidity on SpookySwap
