If adopted, this proposal authorizes an exchange of xTAROT from the protocol's treasury for xBOO and the allocation of BOO rewards to the FTM-TAROT pair on SpookySwap.

Details

The Farms (SpookySwap)

SpookySwap will provide a farm for FTM-TAROT LP, with 1x BOO reward allocation.

The xStaking Pool (Tarot)

SpookySwap will provide xBOO equivalent to ~9,000 BOO for the xStaking xBOO pool on Tarot ("Stake xTAROT to earn xBOO").

The xBOO Pool (SpookySwap)

Tarot will provide xTAROT up to ~400,000 TAROT for a partnered staking pool on SpookySwap ("Stake xBOO to earn xTAROT").

Motivation

This partnership has many benefits:

• Incentivizes more TAROT-paired liquidity on SpookySwap
• Increases the vault rewards for TAROT-based lending pools
• Rewards xTAROT stakeholders with an xStaking pool option
• Expands distribution of xTAROT and governance over the Tarot Protocol
• Enhances the friendship between the SpookySwap and Tarot communities

Specification

The changes we propose authorize the protocol to:

• Stake TAROT from the protocol's treasury into xTAROT (up to ~400,000 TAROT)
• Allocate the xTAROT to partner with SpookySwap

Note: The numbers referenced in this proposal are predicated on the current BOO emissions rate and BOO/TAROT exchange rate.
