Summary

This proposal seeks to authorize the protocol to direct liquidity and farming rewards to SpookySwap Farm V2 ("Spooky V2") lending pools.

Abstract

If adopted, this proposal authorizes the protocol to migrate liquidity and TAROT farming rewards from Spooky lending pools to Spooky V2 lending pools. This migration strategy is expected to occur gradually, in multiple stages, as SpookySwap launches new pools on Farm V2, and potentially migrates their existing pools to Farm V2.

Motivation

SpookySwap has launched their Farm V2. More information on Farm V2 can be found here:

The possibility exists for SpookySwap to update BOO reward allocations to existing SpookySwap farms, as emissions of BOO rewards are directed to Farm V2. In anticipation of this move, Tarot should be in a position to migrate protocol-supplied liquidity and TAROT farming rewards.

Therefore, as the need arises, based on changes to SpookySwap's incentivization of pairs, this proposal authorizes Tarot to migrate protocol-supplied liquidity and TAROT farming rewards for SpookySwap lending pools.

Specification

The changes we propose authorize the protocol to:

1. Migrate the protocol-held supply positions (bTAROT) from regular Spooky lending pools to Spooky V2 lending pools to increase supplied tokens in these pools
2. Adjust weights for Spooky and Spooky V2 pools in the Farming Rewards program
