xXTKa Rewards Rate for Next 6 Months

This vote determines the rate of inflation to XTK stakers (xXTKa holders) over the next 6 months. The community has been voting every 6 months on this rate with an eye towards moderating rewards rate over time.

The current 6 month period ends in 9 days on April 29th, 2023. The total rewards distribution over this period is 12.5m XTK.

Consistent with previous Snapshot votes, the three choices for this period would either 1) maintain the same rewards rate, 2) moderate the rewards rate slightly or 3) moderate the rewards rate significantly.
