Unified new brand for yAcademy and arms

Summary

This proposal is to ratify "Electisec" as the new unified brand for the DAO and its various functions: fellowships, smart contract auditing, zero-knowledge auditing, and future arms the DAO can expand into.

Background

Following the passage of round2 Rebranding yAcademy proposal mandating the rebranding of the DAO to a new unified brand, the DAO members engaged in an open discussion which culminated "Electisec" as the new brand.

Details

Electisec will be used as the DAO brand in communication channels, online presence, and documentation.

The relevant domains and handles will be reserved for this brand.

Funding and Compensation

No funding or compensation is necessitated by this proposal.

Implementation and accountability

Core members are responsible for the implementation of the rebranding within 1 week of passage of this proposal.
