Yield Yak Treasury $5K USDC investment to support Glacier Finance

Proposal for Yield Yak Treasury to invest $5,000 USDC into Glacier Finance's Early Investor raise to show support for a new Avalanche-native project which intends on incentivising $YAK liquidity through their ve3,3 AMM model (Based on Solidly).

Glacier plans their official launch towards end of March.

In exchange for the $5K Investment, Yield Yak will receive a vested NFT representative of the investment which is locked for 3 months from Glacier's TGE.

Yield Yak Treasury intends to use any GLCR tokens and associated governance power to support YAK and yyAVAX liquidity which helps the protocol.
