Core Contributors - 3 month Confirmation

This proposal is to confirm Core Contributor incentives for the 3-month period starting November 18.

The only change is reducing the Confirmation period from 6 months to 3 months. Reasoning for the change is to allow more flexibility for the Yak Treasury to change Contributor incentives if market conditions were to shift dramatically.

Eric Sulli (Treasury): 2.5 YAK Responsible for Treasury management and reporting.

Simon (Solidity Engineer): 25 YAK Lead Smart Contract Engineer.

Harry.avax (Content + Developer): 25 YAK Front-end development.

Ravageur77 (Marketing): 25 YAK Marketing, BD, operations.

Angus (Analytics + Developer): 25 YAK Data & analytics.
