LayerZero TGE Allocation for YAK holders

LayerZero, YAK's multi-chain solution, have recently announced the process for the finalisation of their TGE allocation. More on this can be read here: https://x.com/LayerZero_Labs/status/1788984201930301901

Yield Yak will be submitting an RFP which we propose will reward:

☑️ 10% to Developers as suggested by LayerZero ☑️ 15% to Treasury ☑️ 75% to YAK holders with two potential boosts to their respective holder weightings based on the following:

1. Holders who bridged the YAK OFT prior to May 1st, 2024 receive a 2x boost.

2. Holders who voted on any of the two Yield Yak’s LayerZero-realted Governance Proposals (original choice of LayerZero or vote to deploy to Mantle Network) receive you a 2x boost.

Above will be based on YAK holdings on May 1st (same time as LayerZero's first snapshot).
