Yak Treasury investment in DeltaPrime DeFi

Proposal for Yield Yak Treasury to invest $5,000 USDC into DeltaPrime's private investor raise to show support to a fellow Avalanche-native project which intends on integrating Yield Yak Products into its protocol. DeltaPrime plans their official launch in November with TGE still TBD.

Specific vesting terms are TBD, but Yield Yak Treasury commits to using future DeltaPrime tokens to support DeltaPrime's objectives and whether that is LP'ing or staking the tokens or another use case agreed upon in collaboration with DeltaPrime's team.
