Should we still buy this vault or take another deal? [URGENT REVOTE]

Medium High Multiplier Vault won. Unfortunately ~1 hour before voting concluded, the seller raised the price of their Vault by 4.5 ETH. From 15 ETH to 19.5 ETH. The team would have bought immediately had the price stayed the same, but after the price jump, we decided to have another vote. This Vault is also the floor for Medium High Multipliers so we're not currently able to find another one for cheaper.

Fortunately in that time, the team also received an offer to buy a High Multiplier Vault from a Citizen for 26 ETH. This offer is very time sensitive.

The seller is looking to disassemble his Citizen: (https://opensea.io/assets/0xb668beb1fa440f6cf2da0399f8c28cab993bdd65/2398) and sell the High Multiplier Vault separately (https://opensea.io/assets/0xab0b0dd7e4eab0f9e31a539074a03f1c1be80879/541) for 26 ETH. The floor for a High multiplier is currently 42 ETH which means we would be receiving a 16 ETH discount.

1. Buy Medium High Multiplier Vault despite the raise in price - 19.5 ETH: https://opensea.io/assets/0xab0b0dd7e4eab0f9e31a539074a03f1c1be80879/1455 -Would result in 4 $BYTES yield per day -We would have to buy at a much higher price (15->19.5ETH) -No item

2. Buy High Multiplier Vault instead - 26 ETH: https://opensea.io/assets/0xab0b0dd7e4eab0f9e31a539074a03f1c1be80879/541 -Would result in 5 $BYTES yield per day -Major discount at 26 ETH as the floor for High Multipliers is 42 ETH (16 ETH discount). -This option will result in the most $BYTES yield. -Will also slightly limit the budget for the Cache and Land we can buy for our 5th Citizen. We can still get good Caches and Lands, but likely not very expensive ones. -No item

3. Buy Low Multiplier Vault [FLOOR] instead - 4.44 ETH: https://opensea.io/assets/0xab0b0dd7e4eab0f9e31a539074a03f1c1be80879/666 -Floor vault placed 2nd place in the previous vote. Previous example linked in the previous vote is no longer listed, so current Floor Vault is linked instead. -Would results in 2 $BYTES yield per day -Current floor vault has no item.

4. Wait to find a better deal. -We can regroup, continue to look for better deals, and have a longer discussion on which vaults to consider buying.
