This proposal is to resolve confusion on the redemption.

Abstract

As we have seen recently, apparently theres a huge confusion on how to proceed with the redemption, this proposal should solve and make it easier for anyone to follow through. There are several options listed below to vote on, the most voted on option will be the way to go by.

For further clarification, including details about each choice so no one argue that it wasnt clear:

1. Open redemption forever only: Redemption only without any donations will be open always and forever.
2. Redemption 1y and Gitcoin only: Redemption will be open for 1 year, then whats left will be donated in full to gitcoin.
3. Redemption 1y and Watoto only: Redemption will be open for 1 year, then whats left will be donated in full to watoto.
4. Redemption 1y and both: Redemption will be open for 1 year, then whats left will be donated to both gitcoin (38.5%) and watoto (61.5%) as previously specified with the percentages.
