Remove 0xE from all YAM related multisigs and all YAM accounts.

0xE has directly used his power that was granted by the DAO to try and take control of the operation multisig. All such decisions need to be properly approved via the DAO. I did not do this properly when a request was made by my friend token holder JPGS but I realized my mistake and did it properly thru the forum and snapshot. He solely and deliberately is trying to remove me from the multisig without authorization from the token holders.

This is a DAO, any powers that are given to contributors such as myself or 0xE needs to be approved.
