Once again we’re going to vote on a difficult decision that we must make together as a community. Let's define together the future of stage III, Animaglia.

Summary:

• First Voting: Animaglia will not be free? (Price: 0.025 ETH / 0.8 SOL).
• Why can't it be free?
• Second Voting: Animaglia on Solana?

First Voting: A - Animaglia (Stage III) will not be free. Price: 0.025 ETH / 0.8 SOL. B - Yaypegs for the culture. The team will not be able to continue working on Yaypegs due to lack of funds and the project becomes 0% royalties.

Not Free, Why? Why is this not even an option?

• Future Expectations: People who will buy Animaglia in the secondary market will have expectations and demands. In order for us to be able to deliver value to all holders, it is necessary to have initial funds.
• We cannot guarantee the success of the project without money and we cannot transfer the risk to the current holders and the new holders to come.
• Everyone knows the excessive and unjustified FUD that the project has undergone. The only way to counteract this is with hard work and results, for that, initial funds are necessary.
• We cannot depend on Royalties. NFT has been changing for quite some time and nothing assures us that even if we go to another blockchain with "Enforce Royalties", it will stay that way.
• Why this price? The price reflects the balance between giving something to the community at a fair price and having the funds to build something great.

What about the Royalties?

Although there is the intention to launch a new market place from Magic Eden in collaboration with BAYC in which there will be enforce royalties, we do not know how much longer we’ll have to wait for this and we’re also not sure that the volume of NFT will go to a single platform. We’ll surely see a war between Blur, Opensea and Magic Eden in which the most affected will be the builders.

Yaypegs collected non enforce royalties for a total of 69 ETH. If the project had enforced royalties we could have collected approximately 450 ETH. These facts mean that the art, the team and the community are worth at least 450 ETH, we have the power to create that value and more. If we had had those funds, we wouldn’t be thinking about a new collection, we would be working on the future of the project, but that is not the reality.

Animaglia on Solana?

This decision depends on the community and it will be put to vote. These are the reasons why we are proposing this scenario:

• The Solana community is incredibly welcoming.
• The gas on Solana is extremely low (~0) and the gas in ETH is higher every day (sometimes higher than the price of the NFT).
• Solana through Magic Eden has “enforced royalties” (at least for now).
• The volume on Solana has grown exponentially in recent months exceeding volume in ethereum.
• In the last few days, active unique wallets have multiplied between x2 and x4 compared to ethereum wallets.

Second Voting: Animaglia on Solana? A - Yes, Solana seems like a good strategy to me. B - No, let's stay on ETH.

Disclaimer: We will do this vote depending on the result of the first vote.

Roadmap?

We will not deliver a detailed Roadmap, but we will continue building publicly as we’ve been doing, informing and including the community in the decisions and future of the project.

Our main focus will be on building two things:

1 - A recurring revenue business that does not depend on the community and in which the community benefits directly. We’ll do this by building a digital platform (where the team's greatest experience lies). More details will be delivered soon through visuals and not written promises.

2 - We’re going to build a GAME, first for Animaglia and then we’ll include Yaypegs. We’ve been working on the plot, gameplay, graphics, sounds and prototypes to make sure that we can start working on something really worthwhile.

Also, we have designed a preview of what these two goals will be. Everything will be revealed closer to the mint date along with sneak peeks of the collection.

Final Words

None of this would make sense without you, without you valuing it. Thank you for all the words of support and love we have received, they fill us with energy to continue working.

We have already proven that we can build on web3, in public with the community, now we want to be ambitious and really build something great. We have no doubt, when Animaglia's work sees the light, it will be unstoppable.
