Wafflehouse Competition Winner

Due to the voting mechanism of the wafflehouse.io app being manipulated and the system was flooded with uncreative entries just to be able to vote, YFL core team has decided to give the power back to the community and let the YFL governance vault stakers decide who the winners of the Wafflehouse competition are. Therefore we're using the Snapshot voting mechanic to redo the voting!
