Land Program Budget Adjustment

Background

Currently our program pays well above market price for land development. Competing programs have dropped their payouts considerably as LOKA has lost value and land development payouts have been reduced.

Similarly we're approaching the budget limit originally approved when the program was created. If we do nothing to adjust the program, all points will be paid for as a proportional share of 1/3 of the USDC value of LOKA earned. This will slash payouts considerably.

Proposed budget adjustment plan

Increase the budget allocation

40% of LOKA earned from land (or equivalent in USDC from reserves) will be allocated to the program.

Supplement the fund with additional USDC

An additional 500 USDC, on top of proceeds, will be allocated to the program. This will be a single, one-time supplement to the budget.
