Land Program Adjustments

Another vote to discuss the land program.

Background

• The land program pays well above market still yet. The normal max rate of 0.08 USDC is well above average.
• Rollover funding has been exhausted, and as such, total payout is now capped at 40% of earned LOKA.
• This would result in a significant reduction (more than half) of the payout
• This will affect the current period

Options

• Do nothing: Maintain current caps and simply distribute the 40% of earnings proportionally to the contributors.
• Decrease the max payout per 1k points: This would be a reduction to be in line with other programs. Reduction would be to 0.04 USDC per 1000 dev points (half the current rate)
• Increase the budget amount: Increase total payout to 50% of earnings, but maintain the current limit. This will still likely result in a reduction in payout per points, but does not change the maximum allowed in the event LOKA gains value.
• Do both: Increase the budget to 50% and reduce the maximum payout to 0.04 USDC per 1000 dev points.

Effective Date

• The vote will be allowed to run for at least 72 hours.
• The decision will be effective immediately and will be applied to the program period currently in progress.
• This will apply to all program periods going forward, not just the current one.
