Currently our program pays well above market price for land development. Competing programs have dropped their payouts considerably as LOKA has lost value and land development payouts have been reduced.
Similarly we're approaching the budget limit originally approved when the program was created. If we do nothing to adjust the program, all points will be paid for as a proportional share of 1/3 of the USDC value of LOKA earned. This will slash payouts considerably.

Doing nothing, we'll exhaust the excess funds from past periods and be limited to 1/3 of the current period's proceeds as the total pool for both public and guild shares. This will result in a sizeable reduction in earnings.
If we reduce the max limit per 1k dev points, our funds will go further and we can potentially avoid hitting the limit. The current limit of 0.15 USDC per k is 3x that of competing programs. Since we want to stay competitive, the following options are proposed (guild pool still receives a 1.33 point multiplier):
