Should we have a second YGGLOK token sale?

As outlined in the new YGGLOK whitepaper there is 27% (77,220 YGGLOK) allotted to be sold to its active players and any other parties chosen by YGGLOK. Any unsold tokens will be entered into the YGGLOK treasury for future use.

YGGLOK has grown in members substantially and its only fair that they have the chance to purchase tokens as well to have "skin in the game". The sale date, format and price will all be decided after this proposal has passed and will be implemented in a similar way as the YGGSPL sale.
