Increasing the number guild owned Dragos

This vote will determine the strategy for increasing our stable of dragos.

Option 1: Bridge and Liquidate LOKA currently in the ETH Gnosis wallet to procure Dragos on the open market. Dragos will be selected as pure-bred or near to it for breeding stock. Some DST and WLOKA may be used to breed these dragos to further increase our stocks. The breed count of our Genesis dragos would be preserved at 0.

Option 2: Breed existing Genesis Dragos. These dragos will be of lesser quality but can be produced more cheaply. Production is constrained by DST accumulation.
