Elect knightav as Custodian

Background: We have agreed we need a custodian via, https://snapshot.org/#/yggspl.eth/proposal/0xe0b149d5f00e2b197f8b08e007b9bcddd3cff59f0eaedd2207a2c344646adc16

For: knightav should be the custodian and the YGGSPL assets should be moved to @ yggspl. All asset management and resource distributions will be carried out by him. He will use Shamir secret sharing scheme to distribute shards with a 3-of-5 threshold.

Against: knightav should not be the custodian, and some other custodian candidate will be selected.
