Create a YGGSPL Guild Leader Discord

Execution: Create a new Discord server that will be the hub for YGGSPL Guild Leaders.

Reason: This will create the foundation of communication between the YGGSPL guilds. Guilds are currently individual account-owned assets that have no obligation or requirements to be a YGGSPL Guild. A clear line of communication is necessary between YGGSPL Guilds to establish requirements, and discuss Guild Operations.

Guild leaders are going to be an integral part of the communication structure for ensuring messages get to all members. A separate discord will allow more autonomy to organise what best fits YGGSPL Guilds going forward.
