Untamed Card Sales

BACKGROUND: currently the DAO owns certain card assets that 1) have very low rental yields and 2) are unlikely to be good candidates for player delegation (whether for eSports or for land gameplay). The DAO is also underweight on Chaos Legion and Riftwatchers cards relative to Untamed cards, and has not purchased enough CL packs to guarantee a max-level copy of the remaining legendary airdrops.

RESOLUTION: the reinvestment committee will be authorized to sell card assets that fit the following guidelines:

1. from the Untamed set
2. yielding less than 10% ROA
3. cannot be combined to a level that would yield higher than 10% ROA

Revenue from these sales will be used to reinvest into Chaos Legion and/or Riftwatchers packs. This will allow us to improve the DAO's rental yields while also significantly increasing our total card count (which is necessary for land but also provides more options for player delegation in the future).
