Create a Multi-Sig Gnosis Safe for YGGSPL Treasury on BSC

Problem: The SubDAO is in need of a secure way to manage the treasure and distribute tokens from the YGGSPL tournaments on Binance Smart Chain.

Solution: Create a gnosis safe and utilize multi-signature to secure YGGSPL treasury on Binance Smart Chain.

Proposal: Nominate and elect 7 YGGSPL members to execute YGGSPL treasury transactions. 4 of 7 would be required to authorize any transaction. Requiring more than half will help ensure that the YGGSP treasury is managed according to the votes of the DAO.

Details: The Gnosis Safe Multisig is a multisignature wallet that comes with built-in security features that require a minimum number of people to approve a transaction before it can occur. This removes the risk of there being a single owner of a seed phrase or wallet owner on a EVM compatible chain.
