YGGSPL Cards that are not being actively used by players should be on a weekly rental structure

Execution: Pending the success of the custodian snapshot, Unused cards should be placed on the rental market and pricing should be updated on a weekly basis.

Reason: The YGGSPL held assets need to be optimised to generate as much active-player use as possible. This gearing of our economy will see a lot of unused assets that could be passively generating further revenue.

Particularly at the moment while we are establishing YGGSPL, we must be optimising our assets, and the easiest way to achieve this is through the rental system.
