Appoint New Custodian for DAO Assets

BACKGROUND: Some YGGSPL members, including the current DAO custodian, have voted to exit the DAO via the DAO Exit Event proposal. As such, the DAO needs to elect a new custodian.

HIVE CUSTODIAN: The DAO will establish Hive multisig account(s) in order to securely custody the DAO's Splinterlands assets. To that end, upon resolution of the exit event, @knightav will transfer the keys to all DAO accounts to @ajpl, who will then initiate a key reset. Once the keys have been reset, multisig authorities for all DAO accounts will be granted to the following Hive accounts:

@ajpl (Active Key, Weight 1) @krympton (Active Key, Weight 1) @nameless112 (Active Key, Weight 1)

All Active Key transactions will require a Weight Threshold of 2, meaning at least 2 of the 3 signatories will be required to initiate transactions involving asset transfers.

BNB SMART CHAIN CUSTODIAN: The DAO already has a multisig vault on BNB Smart Chain that manages and custodies the $YGGSPL token. Upon resolution of the exit event, @knightav and @lorkus will be removed as signing authorities on this multisig. In addition, the Threshold for transactions will be set to 2 of 3, with @cryptowoody, @ajpl, and @krympton remaining as signatories.

In addition, upon resolution of the exit event, permissions for YGGSPL Snapshot Authors will be updated as follows: @cryptowoody, @ajpl, @nameless112, and @krympton will be set to Admins, and anyone participating in the exit event will be removed as Authors.
