Art Revamp, Next 20 Variants Redrawn

##Proposal Goals: Elevate Capsule art to the highest level Allow more of the Seerlight backgrounds to show Make select male variants more masculine More diversity in looks/styles

##Proposal Summary: Kaejunni will redraw 20 more variants including: Cultist, Kijo, Shiro-Ukari, Spider, Horse, Triceratops, Ancient General, Agent, Ox, Terrorbird, Hacker, Dragon, ETH Cyborg, Goat, Hammerhead Shark, Tiger Shark, Sea Horse, Crab, Swordfish, Squid.

These variants included a mix of variants we thought in current form needed a redraw the most and a mix of popular "grails".

Holders will be able to OPT OUT and revert back to the original artwork and have it reflected in the metadata on our new website being built.

Artist budget: 19,000 USDC Paid to Kaejunni + art assistant Variant lineart takes 3-5 hours per variant, while coloring all the chromas takes 15-20 hours per variant. Half payment upfront, remaining after final revisions.

Development budget: 500 USDC Paid to elitechimp Paid upfront
