Extend Social Media Marketing and Management Budget to EOY

##Overview: The 3 month trial period for my Twitter management has come to an end.

I do believe it was a success. We greatly increased engagement, impression, and follower metrics, have regular content, successful launch of $ANIME, also I have been manning $ANIME twitter/TG/warpcast.

I am proposing to extend the Social Media management budget to EOY January 1st, 2025. As well, I am asking for an increase from 500 USDC to 800 USDC a month, to reflect the increased scope of work to man multiple social platforms.

Some exciting news, we are also planning a regular Twitter Spaces with some great partners. More on that soon.
