Allocate 2m $ANIME for future marketing and incentives aimed at adoption of $ANIME

##OVERVIEW We currently have 7.2m of $ANIME in our treasury.

I would like to allocate 2m of it to future marketing campaigns and for uses that increase adoption.

Some ideas: Use it to incentivize platforms to accept $ANIME as payment. Use $ANIME to commission smaller artists.

I would also use some of the $ANIME to incentivize liquidity pools to attract greater liquidity in our LPs.

Greater adoption of $ANIME helps grow the community and legitimizes the coin.

All uses of the 2m $ANIME allocated will be reported to the community.
