The Proposal to Reward DAO members with $ATC tokens

DAO members are the most important part of ATC DAO. Rewarding our members according to their contributions is crucial in building a REAL DAO. So far, we have lots of forms that members help building with their work, say:

1. Attending the DAO events, online& offline;
2. Doing founding jobs for the DAO, like coding, designing& communicating;

4. Promoting our Colony space and social medias, building the DAO brand;
5. Governing the DAO with proposing&voting. The core team members have been thinking for a long time and finally come up with a proposal to do it properly based on principals below.
6. Using the $ATC token airdrop to reflect and respect every contribution made by the community members.
7. Distributing the reward base on value they created.
8. Distributing rewards on a regular time schedule, say monthly.
9. Making a standard procedure from proposing to voting to acting.
10. Appointing a core member for the guarding the procedure above. This is the base work flows for reward distributing.

12.
