Add $LINK to Earnable Assets List

PROPOSAL:

Add Chainlink to the list of YZY DAO earnable yield.

Rewards are to be distributed equally among all four assets.

$wBTC (reduced from 50%) to 25% $wETH - 25% $YFI - 25% $LINK - 25%

REASONING:

-Link is blue-chip DeFi -Most used collateral on AAVE -Strong community backing

Adding Chainlink to the list of earnable yield will bring more volume to YZY DAO, merge strong communities together and provide LP stakers with more utility in their yield.
